Refund policy

At CleanGro, we stand behind our products. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right — within the following guidelines.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date. Items that meet these criteria may be eligible for a refund or store credit at our discretion.

We Do Not Accept Returns On:

• Opened or used products — due to the nature of our formulations, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, partially used, or whose seal has been broken.
• Orders older than 30 days — refund or return requests submitted more than 30 days after the original order date will not be accepted.
• Products not purchased directly through clean-gro.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll take care of it.

How to Start a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, email us at austin@clean-gro.com with your order number and reason for the request. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.

Please do not ship any product back without first receiving written authorization from our team.
