By accessing or purchasing from clean-gro.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. CleanGro / SSH Industries LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the delivered product. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Intended Use

CleanGro products are intended for agricultural, commercial, and residential use as described on each product label. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure products are used in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. CleanGro assumes no liability for misuse or off-label application.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. CleanGro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Opened products and orders more than 30 days old are not eligible for return.

7. Your Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support (name, shipping address, email, and payment details). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed securely through our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. We may use your email to send order confirmations and updates — you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

In no event shall CleanGro / SSH Industries LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Marshall County, Mississippi.
